Established in 1977, our Group, Chin Hin Group Property Berhad (formerly known as Boon Koon Group Berhad) (CHGP) was listed on KLSE (Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) in 2004 as an investment holding company with its subsidiaries and associated companies are involved in manufacturing and assembling of rebuilt and new commercial vehicles, fabrication of bodyworks, provision of fleet management and other related services. Its operates with a network of dealerships and distributorships throughout Malaysia.
In 2017, major restructuring undertaken, which saw changes in the directorship of CHGP with the emergence of Datuk Seri Chiau Beng Teik, Mr. Chiau Haw Choon, Datuk Yeo Chun Sing and Mr. Khoo Chee Siang as the new comer of the Group. Collectively, they have vast experience and expertise in the building material and property development industries. With the shake-up, CHGP went into diversification of its business to include property development segment which saw its subsidiary, namely, BKG Development Sdn Bhd teaming up with Platinum Eminent Sdn Bhd to jointly develop a mixed development project, namely Aera Service Residence.
Led by a strong existing and new management team, CHGP is poised for rapid growth. Our vision is to combine the benefits of our strong foundation and performance-focused culture.
